Photo Details

After waking up early for sunrise to find the sky very overcast, I decided to head into the rain forest to shoot a waterfall instead of the beach scene I had been planning on. I chose Curtis Falls on Tamborine Mountain as I had been there before, but had a different composition in mind to the one I had previously shot. Curtis Falls is one of the more popular waterfalls in the Gold Coast hinterland and has been shot by loads of photographers, but I haven’t seen any photographs of it that have focused solely on the lower section of the falls like this one.
